PULT is building the Automated Workplace Platform that helps companies solve the toughest challenges of hybrid work: boosting office attendance, optimizing office space, and automating repetitive tasks for workplace teams—powered by AI, automation, and deep integrations.

We’re one of Hamburg’s fastest-growing early-stage startups, backed by some of Europe’s top investors, and already trusted by customers like Enpal, VEVO, Taxfix, and Deutz AG. Now we need you to help scale this rocketship to the next level.

Your tasks

As our first working student Founders Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with our founder and growth team, taking on high-impact projects that will directly shape our commercial and operational success.

Your focus: discovering and scaling new growth channels, driving international expansion, and automating the engine room of our business. You’ll be hands-on where it matters most.

This is your chance to be part operator, part entrepreneur, part growth hacker—and to help build a category-defining company from the ground up.

Tasks

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Operations (70%)

• Design, optimize, and automate internal processes and operations
• Help scale our finance setup (accounting, forecasting, business cases)
• Drive strategic projects across different teams
• Support with investor updates and reporting

Growth (30%)

• Help test, validate, and scale new growth channels to expand our reach

Your profile

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Academic excellence: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Master is preferred) from a top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related)
• Proven track record: 1-2 internships or jobs at consulting, Investment Banking, startups / VCs—or you’ve built a product yourself once :)
• High ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity
• Strong communicator: Excellent written & verbal skills in English and German
• Impact-driven: You care about technology and want to build something meaningful
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Hungry to learn what it takes to run a startup
• Based in Hamburg: We believe being close to the action is crucial (hybrid possible)
