About the Role

As VP of Manufacturing, you’ll lead all production, from rapid prototypes to full-rate builds. You’ll set manufacturing strategy, develop processes, grow the team, and work closely with the CEO and CTO to deliver hardware quickly and reliably. The role blends hands-on technical depth with organizational excellence.

What You’ll Own

• Build and lead the manufacturing team and workflows
• Act as technical authority for manufacturability and quality
• Drive rapid iteration and production readiness
• Oversee planning, supply chain, and shop operations
• Ensure fast, reliable hardware delivery
• Collaborate with engineering on critical build challenges

• Aerospace or high-reliability hardware manufacturing background
• Experience leading and scaling technical teams
• Strong depth in production, quality, and operations
• Proven ability to move fast with precision
• Comfortable making decisions with limited information
