Your Tasks

• Erkennung der Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und Ausarbeitung von kreativen Lösungen
• Analyse des Wettbewerbsumfeld und frühzeitige Identifizierung der Marktpotentiale
• Betreuung des bestehenden und Aufbau eines stabilen neuen Kundenstamms
• Verfolgung, Analyse und Kommunikation der relevanten KPIs und Branchentrends
• Budget- und Umsatzverantwortung

Your Profile

• Ausbildung in einem Hotel- und/oder Touristikbereich
• Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Außendienst oder Vertrieb sind von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse im strategischen Vertriebsmanagement sind wünschenswert
• Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Sozialkompetenz
• Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Spaß am Vertrieb
• Exzellente Führungsqualitäten mit hohem Motivationsvermögen
• Souveräne und gewinnende Persönlichkeit
• Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft
• Führerscheinklasse B
