Shape the future of our Hamburg plant! As a Technical Ramp-Up Manager, you will build the entire ramp-up management structure and ensure new equipment is seamlessly integrated into production using a milestone planning. You will take a key role in industrializing new technologies and work closely with all departments - from production, plant engineering, IT to logistics and quality. You will lead committees and ramp-up meetings and ensure KPI achievement. Your focus is on preventive measures before SOP (Start of Production) to enable a smooth product launch with minimal additional effort. Furthermore, you will ensure cost transparency, manage ramp-up cost controlling and build up this organization.

Qualifications

• An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar

• Specialization in IT or digitalization is a plus

• Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)

• At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)

• Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends

• We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility

• Excellent English & German skills (C1)

• You are eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities

• You demonstrate strong teamwork skills, motivating others to achieve their goals
