As a Trainee in IT Strategy & Transformation, you will play an active role in shaping the future of Mercedes-Benz IT. Our mission is to connect IT and enable the creation of the world’s most desirable cars by driving transformation across processes, systems, and culture.

In this role, you will support the definition and implementation of IT strategy and transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, resilience, and innovation. You will contribute to change management activities that embed strategic priorities within the organization, including the development of communication formats, workshops, and engagement campaigns.

You will also help establish OKRs, dashboards, and reports to monitor transformation progress and effectiveness. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will connect business needs with IT capabilities, fostering cultural change and promoting lifelong learning. 

Qualifications

• An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable course of study
• Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
• First experience in Digitalization, Agile Methods, Change Management, Organizational Development, Stakeholder - and Project Management or Consulting
• At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
• Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends
• We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility
• Excellent English and German skills (C1)
• You are eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities
• You demonstrate strong teamwork skills who motivates others to achieve their goals
