Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, People management experience required, Project Management certification or equivalent course work, Expertise in project management methodologies, software/tools, and best practices, Experience with data analytics and metrics reporting software/tools, Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively under pressure, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Experience leading/working within cross-functional, cross-company, global teams, Experience in a regulated industry (Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, FMCG), Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team. Embodies a transparent and authentic working style, fostering an environment of trust and open communication., Influencing: Exhibits strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization. Leverages these skills to drive alignment and achieve strategic objectives., Detail-Oriented: Provides the appropriate level of detail tailored to the audience, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels of the organization. Maintains a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of work., Accountability: Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of outcomes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Holds self and team members accountable for delivering results., Communication: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at adjusting communication style to suit tactical teams, strategic teams, and executive leadership., Approximately 10% domestic and international travel required is required to meet the needs of the business, Position is fully remote
