Teamlead E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Here’s what you can look forward to:

You will play a key role in shaping our digital sales strategy. You will lead a small team (1–3 employees) within the Marketing department, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Product, and work closely with cross-functional teams globally. Your contri­bution will directly impact revenue growth, customer experience, and profi­tability.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

  • Develop and Design: You design, implement and optimize the e-commerce road­map and growth initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage Online Shop: You oversee product content, pricing, navi­gation, UX, and onsite search to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate: You work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT to launch features, pro­motions, and pricing updates.
  • Optimize Performance: You leverage data to improve conversion, CLV, and CAC and optimize product / content per­formance.
  • Lead and Coach: You build and develop a high-performing team, set KPIs and OKRs, oversee partners, and ensure process excellence.

What helps you to fulfil this role:

  • Professional Background: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Adminis­tration, or a related field
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields, ideally in a global B2B or B2C environment
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to inter­pret data and trans­late insights into action­able strategies
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce plat­forms, pricing tools, and digital analytics
