Tasks

• Team Lead and Subject-Matter Expert for the preparation and review of the consolidated HBCE US QI reporting
• Responsibility for ensuring US QI compliance
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Point of contact for colleagues regarding department-related questions
• Design, development, and implementation of changes as well as optimization of processes, taking regulatory requirements into account
• Responsibility for ensuring US QI compliance

Profil

• Completed commercial training (ideally in the banking environment) and/or a successfully completed degree
• In-depth technical understanding of US QI regulation with many years of experience
• Strong interest in the operational implementation of regulations and the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics if necessary
• Good product knowledge of financial instruments is an advantage
• Solid PC skills and strong application knowledge (MS Office package: Excel, Word, Access)
• Very good Englisch language skills
• An independent, responsible, and highly detail-oriented way of working, as well as strong social skills
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a high level of teamwork ability
