Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that’s why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.

Your role

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our specialized 4-person team. You will take strategic ownership of our Sales & Operations hiring. In this Berlin-based hybrid role with flexible 32 or 40-hour options, you will drive our international growth while acting as a mentor and culture ambassador in a flat, high-freedom environment.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact Sales & Operations roles as a sparring partner for leadership
• Drive international growth through advanced sourcing and high-level talent pipelining
• Advise senior leadership and department heads to align talent strategies with overarching business goals
• Lead independent TA projects and proactively optimize internal recruitment workflows
• Enhance Ashby operations and documentation using data-driven performance metrics

Your profile

• 3+ years in recruitment, with 1+ years specifically in high-impact Sales & Operations (e.g. Supply Chain and Logistics) recruitment
• Proven track record in active sourcing and closing talent in competitive markets
• Driving your own TA projects and OKRs independently and leading them to success
• Experienced in advising and challenging senior management
• Enhance ATS operations (ideally Ashby or Personio) and documentation using data-driven performance metrics
• Fluent German and excellent English skills and regular presence in our Office in Berlin
