Your new role

The AI Content Specialist (all genders) is responsible for leveraging AI-powered tools to create, manage, and optimise digital content. This role requires expertise in AI-assisted writing, content strategy, automation, and content management and documentation systems.

The work you‘ll do

• Develop and execute content strategies that leverage AI tools for content creation, curation, optimisation, and distribution as part of the content management lifecycle.
• Conceptualise, create, and edit digital content in multiple formats that are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging AI-powered content across documentation, learning and knowledgebase arenas.
• Improving the implementation of content categorisation for better searchability.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, spelling, and formatting.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to produce and integrate digital content within dedicated AI competency centers.
• Work with the AI Competence Centre to identify AI tools that will best support content objectives (automation, searching, indexing and personalisation).

The qualifications you need

The ideal candidate will have a passion for both digital content creation and the transformative power of adopting generative AI technologies in digital content design, along with the ability to seamlessly blend the two to achieve impactful results.

The role will involve creating original content across multiple disciplines such as technical content authoring, AI video generation and Knowledgebase platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a creative flair, an understanding of digital trends, and the ability to adapt content to different digital formats and audiences as needed.

The role demands creativity, communication, and adaptability, as content strategies must evolve with changing trends and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields - Communications, Journalism, English, Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Media or related areas — or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and relevant experience.
• Ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and content across multiple formats. (Typically 1-3 years of experience in writing, editing, or creating content for digital platforms is required).
• Attention to detail in creating or editing content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and tone.
• Familiarity with incorporating video or other interactive elements into content.
• Experience managing multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content goals are achieved.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content Tools for automated writing, summarisation, or content enhancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with German (B2) as a plus, as the role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• The ability to adapt ideas and approaches based on changing circumstances, needs, or feedback, while still maintaining a high level of originality and creativity.
• The ability to stay focused and productive without requiring external direction whilst working independently to manage multiple projects.
