Your role

You help our customers see the future of industrial connectivity and turn complex technology into compelling visual experiences. As a Technical Visual Experience Designer, you’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to translate product value into engaging visuals, motion, and storytelling that resonate with customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts that turn technical solutions into clear, engaging stories across customer touchpoints
• Create high-quality 3D renderings, motion graphics, illustrations, schematics, and animations from CAD/STEP data to visualize product features and use case
• Support go-to-market preparations with visual and motion design and storytelling assets – from concept visuals and key visuals to product videos
• Maintain and further develop the visual identity and design system to ensure brand consistency across formats
• Explore new technologies (AR/VR, 3D Web, AI-based tools) to continuously enhance visual communication
• Collaborate with an agile, cross-functional team at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology and prioritize visual requests

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in technical visualization, marketing or industrial design (ideally B2B/tech)
• Skilled in working with 3D CAD files (e.g. STEP) for product visuals
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Suite, Blender, After Effects
• Interest in tech, automation and how things work
• Comfortable working with engineers and product teams
• Visual thinker with a proactive, curious mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
