Your responsibilities

As an IT Expert for Cloud & IAM, you will be our leading expert and point of contact within the organization for two business-critical solutions: our Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure, as well as our central identity and access management solution.

Your primary task is the strategic development, hands-on administration, maintenance, and monitoring of these two solutions, with a strong focus on a high degree of automation, standardization, and process orientation.

You will integrate external systems and services that are introduced within the organization as part of digitization projects into MS Entra ID and our IAM solution.

• Strategic development, hands-on administration, maintenance and monitoring of business-critical IT applications and solutions, such as:
• Active Directory and MS Entra lD
• Azure cloud computing platform
• Organization-wide identity and access management solution (IAM solution)
• Identity and role-related processes within the IAM solution
• Microsoft Tenant of Welthungerhilfe and the Microsoft 365 product range used, including collaboration solutions such as SharePoint and Teams
• Independent development and implementation of solutions for integrating external systems/services into the IAM solution, AD, Entra ID, and Azure
• Advice and support for specialist departments in Germany and abroad
• Conception and implementation of target group-specific application training in the area of responsibility

Your profile

• A University degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable field of study
• Experience in managing the Microsoft 365 product range including the collaboration tools SharePoint and Teams
• Experience in the development and administration of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Active Directory
• Specialized knowledge of security-oriented design patterns for access control such as RBAC
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell or VBScript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and high willingness to learn
• Willingness to incorporate data-based approaches into the work
• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written. German language skills would be an asset.
