Für unsere BI & Marketing Beratung suchen wir einen (Marketing) Data Analyst (m/w/d) , um unser Team zu verstärken und Reporting-Setups fü KEMB r und unsere Kunden aufzubauen, zu pflegen und zu entwickeln.

For our BI & Marketing Consulting we are looking for a (Marketing) Data Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and to set up, maintain and develop reporting setups for KEMB and our customers. In cooperation with one of our managing directors, you will expand our expertise in this field and will delve deep into their data on exciting customer questions. In this role, you will develop into our expert in the field, be at the forefront of developments in the industry and broaden our understanding of working with data.

Ihre Aufgaben

In Zusammenarbeit mit einem unserer Geschäftsführer baust du unsere Expertise in diesem Feld aus und wirst in spannenden Kundenfragestellungen tief in deren Daten einsteigen. In dieser Rolle wirst du dich zu unserem Experten auf diesem Gebiet entwickeln, an der vordersten Front der Entwicklungen in der Branche mitwirken und unser Verständnis für die Arbeit mit Daten erweitern.

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung von Analysen und Modellen, um die Prozesse unserer Kunden zu verstehen und zu optimieren.
• Datenströme aus verschiedenen Quellen in Reporting Tools visualisieren.
• Kunden die Implikationen aus den Daten nahebringen und deren Business Impact ableiten.
• Kooperation mit Data Engineers zur Optimierung der Infrastruktur.

Ihr Profil

Dein Profil

• Du hast Praxiserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Daten und ihrer Visualisierung. Ein Hintergrund in Natur- oder Betriebswissenschaften ist von Vorteil.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Vermittlung von (komplexen) Sachverhalten auf Basis von Daten und bist gut im Projektmanagement.
• Erfahrungen in SQL, R und vor allem Python sind hilfreich.
• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, also mindestens auf einem echten C1-Level.
• Erfahrung in früheren Beratungsprojekten oder -rollen ist ein Plus.
• Du bist lernfähig und denkst lösungsorientiert.
• Du hast eine Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland.

Your profile

• You have practical experience working with data and its visualization. A background in science or business administration is an advantage.
• You have experience in conveying (complex) issues based on data and in project management.
• Experience in SQL, R and especially Python is helpful.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, that means at least a real C1 proficiency.
• Experience in previous consulting projects or roles is a plus.
• You are capable of learning and you think solution-oriented.
• You have a work permit for Germany.
