Your mission:

As a Director in the Global PaymentsProduct team, you will be responsible for the suite of products and services that power and optimize billions of annual transactions across over 65 countries across the world. You will define and deliver an impactful roadmap of global capabilities, align strategic priorities and tactical execution across global and regional product teams, and benchmark successful execution both within and outside the Delivery Hero family of brands. You will partner closely with senior Business and Engineering leaders to deliver step-change to Payments growth, cost optimization, and customer experience. This role reports to the Senior Director, Financial Service Product and directs a team of Product and Operations leaders, in addition to working closely with Business, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and other key functional stakeholders.

Be part of building the financial backbone of Delivery Hero. You’ll develop products that empower millions of customers and merchants, from seamless payments to innovative financial solutions like wallets and credit. Your work will support our path to profitability by creating financial flexibility for users and enabling smooth transactions across our markets.

• Leadership & Team Building: You will lead and develop a team of approximately 10-15 Product Management and Product Operations professionals, with shared responsibility for a multi-functional Payments team of nearly 100 people.
• Product Strategy & Execution: You will shape, drive, and deliver Delivery Hero’s global product vision for payment processing and payment orchestration. To do so, you will develop a compelling multi-year roadmap that is aligned with Delivery Hero’s strategic and financial objectives, as well as with senior leaders across the company’s family of brands. You will make the right tradeoff decisions in a dynamic and resource-constrained environment; the quality of your decisions will be evident in your results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner with engineering, data, compliance, operations, and platform leaders to deliver scalable, high-performing payment solutions that drive sustainable growth and cost reduction worldwide.
• Global Transformation: You will stay on top of global market trends – e.g. API capabilities, integration with other Fintech offerings, advancements in AI/ML empowered payment orchestration, etc. – to deliver relevant products, capabilities, and features in over 65 countries.
• Delivery Excellence: You will oversee product delivery lifecycles including ideation, feature definition, discovery, development, release, and iteration. You will define and own enterprise-wide KPIs that contribute meaningfully to company strategic and financial targets.
• Thought Leadership: You are a subject matter expert in global payments and use your expertise to define companywide strategies, plans, and best practices within your scope of ownership. You contribute meaningfully to the company’s broader Fintech strategy and product offering, and use your expertise and influence to raise the bar for knowledge and impact among your team.

• Communication: You communicate with executive-level skill as a presenter, negotiator, and strategic storyteller across a wide array of stakeholders and audiences. You are fluent in verbal and written English.
• Team Leadership: You are an inspiring, engaging, and influential leader with proven experience managing, growing, and mentoring Product professionals across geographies.
• Product Leadership: You bring 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years leading multi-tiered teams in a global technology company.
• Domain Expertise: You bring significant experience building payment platforms at a global scale, and you use this experience to educate and influence your team and stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class product.
• History of Results: You bring a strong track record of shipping high-impact, scalable products end-to-end, and you have the results to show for it.
