Tasks

You’ll work on scaling our user base to millions of users: running paid campaigns across platforms, experimenting with creatives and channels, measuring performance, and iterating quickly to hit growth targets.

As one of our first hires, you’ll own UA strategy and execution from day one, driving measurable impact and helping define how we grow.

Requirements

Drive: You’re relentless and motivated to do whatever it takes to succeed. You thrive on numbers, experiments, and growth. You might have something to prove, a fire in your belly, or a mind that works differently.

• Having product sense is great.
• Strong analytical mindset — you love working with data and making decisions backed by numbers.
• Experience running or supporting UA campaigns is a plus, but not required.
• Open to junior candidates with a business or quantitative background who are hungry to learn.
• Experience with marketing analytics, paid social platforms, or growth experiments is a plus.
