Your mission

• Implementierung und Optimierung automatisierter Materialfluss- und Fördersysteme in unserem Logistikzentrum
• Entwicklung und Anpassung von SPS-Programmen (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, WinCC) für Sortier-, Verpackungs- und Prüfanlagen
• Integration von Steuerungen in Lagerverwaltungssysteme (WMS) und Datenbanken
• Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Logistikprozesse
• Produktionsbegleitung und Fehlerdiagnose im laufenden Betrieb
• Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Wartungsplänen
• Begleitung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Logistik-, IT- und Technik-Teams
• Sicherstellung von Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit (OEE, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar; idealerweise Weiterbildung zur:m Techniker:in
• Erfahrung in Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung, bevorzugt in Logistik, E-Commerce oder Retourenmanagement
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, WinCC) und Visualisierungssystemen
• Erfahrung mit Materialflusssystemen, Fördertechnik und deren Schnittstellen
• Know-how in Datenbankanwendungen (SQL) und gängigen Bussystemen (AS-Interface, Profibus, Profinet)
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Begeisterung für nachhaltige Logistikprozesse und Kreislaufwirtschaft
