Your Mission
As an International Key Account Manager in the APAC region, you are more than a client manager – you are a strategic partner for our most important international customers. You take ownership of the entire acquisition process: from identifying attractive business opportunities and making first contact to building long-term partnerships. You coordinate closely with internal teams, support operational processes, and ensure that customer projects are executed successfully.

What You’ll Do
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC region)
Build strong, trust-based partnerships with key customers and develop them into long-term accounts
Conduct on-site customer visits and represent Mairec at trade fairs and industry events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
Take responsibility for pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and account profitability
Drive results by setting and achieving ambitious targets – with both autonomy and teamwork
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or industrial sectors
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is appreciated
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Confidence with KPIs and contract frameworks
Resilience, entrepreneurial mindset, and intrinsic motivation to succeed
Curiosity, initiative, and the confidence to challenge the status quo
Ability to work independently on self-set goals as well as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel approx. 30–40% of your time
