Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei allen notwendigen Aufgaben im Rahmen der Schicht
• Überwachung und Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Produktion sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung aller Aktivitäten und Prozesse auf Schichtbasis
• Coaching und Training des Produktionsteams
• Übernahme eigenverantwortlicher Bereiche in schichtübergreifenden Projekten
• Vertretung der Teamleitung in operationeller Hinsicht
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Personaleinsatzplanung

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im (Lebensmittel-)technologischen Bereich, BWL oder vergleichbar; alternativ Bachelorabschluss mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Produktion
• Grundkenntnisse in MS Office; SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
