Tasks
In this hands-on role, you’ll dive into everything from contracts and payroll to process innovation - helping us work smarter and ensure our JustPlayers feel supported at every step.
Be the go-to person for employee questions on administrative topics like policies, contracts, and general administrative requests
Draft and manage employment contracts, HR documents, and maintain accurate and compliant personnel files
Keep employee data up to date in our HRIS (HiBob) and build workflows to help automate key People Ops processes (e.g. probation periods, data change requests, etc.)
Support monthly German payroll and global payments for EOR employees and contractors, ensuring full compliance with local laws and contract standards
Coordinate global mobility and relocation processes (with the help of external agencies), and take ownership of benefits administration
Continuously improve our People Ops processes, templates, and documentation - making them more efficient, scalable, and employee-centric
Leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows and uncover new opportunities for efficiency, compliance, and a smoother employee experience
Requirements
A background in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Solid knowledge of German payroll and labor law; experience with EOR or contractor setups is a plus
An analytical mindset - you spot patterns, build dashboards, and help us make smarter, data-driven decisions across People topics
Comfortable working with HRIS tools - bonus points if you’re a HiBob enthusiast who loves building workflows, automations, and smart task lists
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
