Our unrivaled strength lies in Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs), unexploded ordnance (UXO) surveys, and seismic services, establishing us as the trusted, all-in-one partner for comprehensive offshore site investigations.

With a dedicated team of more than 50 specialists and a versatile technology portfolio—including nearshore survey vessels, offshore remotely operated vehicles (ROTVs), AUVs, synthetic aperture sonar (SAS), and seismic systems—we deliver the full spectrum of subsea solutions with precision and power.

What we expect

Your task is multi-disciplinary and will tap into all aspects of the business in the company.

• Processing and issuing purchase orders and tracking their delivery
• Collection of supporting documents for payments to suppliers
• Support offer preparation, order tracking, and invoice handling
• Office management and administrative routines, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Take responsibility for infrastructure-related administration (vehicles, boats, facilities, suppliers)
• Act as a link between the Danish site and central functions (Finance, HR, Quality Management, Management)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across commercial and administrative workflows

Who we are looking for

• Commercial background (apprenticeship or university degree — both equally welcome)
• Working experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in procurement, business administration, or office management, ideally in a technical or maritime environment.
• Strong hands-on background, with knowledge of business processes and ERP systems.
• SAP Business One (SAP) experience preferred.
• Danish and English (fluent in spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
