We’re looking for a performance-driven Senior Influencer Marketing Manager(m/f/d) to take a key role in scaling FORMEL SKIN’s growth via data-centric influencer strategies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing influencer campaigns with a clear focus on acquisition metrics, campaign efficiency, and ROI. You’ll work with high-impact creators in the health and wellness space to drive measurable user growth and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), while amplifying our brand mission of making dermatology accessible worldwide.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategic Influencer Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, and manage performance-oriented partnerships with creators (YouTube & Instagram). Focus on creators with proven engagement and conversion metrics.
• Campaign Execution & Scaling: Plan, launch, and scale data-driven influencer campaigns aimed at achieving specific KPIs, especially ROAS, CAC, CPM and similar. Continuously A/B test content angles, creator segments, and platforms to optimise campaign results.
• Channel & Audience Expansion: Spot emerging influencer trends and untapped content niches to unlock new acquisition opportunities and diversify audience segments.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Rigorously track campaign performance using real-time analytics and dashboards. Iterate based on data to maximize cost-efficiency and revenue impact.
• Cross-Channel Alignment: Collaborate with paid social, CRM, and brand teams to align influencer efforts with full-funnel performance campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and maximising attribution impact.

What you need to shine

• Influencer & Performance Marketing Experience: Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns with a performance mindset, ideally with experience in scaling user acquisition via creators.
• Analytical Skills & KPI Focus: Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and how to use them to optimise influencer strategy. Data isn’t just a report to you - it’s the blueprint.
• Bilingual Communication: Fluent in German and confident communicating in English within a cross-functional, international team.
• Strong advantage: Experience with YouTube creator strategy, affiliate tracking platforms, and/or working with performance-driven influencer tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, StoryClash, Linkster) and analytics platforms (Tableau, Clarisights, Looker, Google Analytics and similar).
• Team Support & Collaboration: Supporting interns and junior team members with their daily tasks as well as being a direct sparring partner to the Head of Influencer Marketing
• Personal Traits: You’re creative but ROI-focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, and agile in adapting to the fast-evolving influencer landscape.
• Work Mode: Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite).
