Meet the team behind this journey

Responsibilities

As a working student on our Field Marketing team, you'll be a key player in bringing our brand to life at events. You'll assist with a variety of tasks related to event planning, execution, and follow-up, helping us create memorable experiences for our customers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the logistics and strategy behind successful marketing events, from initial brainstorming to post-event analysis.

• Event Planning and Coordination: Help plan and execute our marketing events, ranging from exclusive customer events and webinars to large-scale trade shows. This involves supporting with logistics, managing vendor communications, and preparing event materials.
• On-site Event Support: Assist the team during events by helping with setup, managing registration, engaging with attendees, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Pre- and Post-Event Communications: Support the creation and distribution of promotional content, including email invitations, social media posts and event briefs, as well as the coordination of post-event follow-ups, to ensure effective lead engagement.
• Reporting and Analysis: Assist with post-event analysis by gathering feedback, tracking key metrics, and helping to create reports that measure event success.

Qualities we look for

• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong interest in event management and B2B marketing.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and German is required (C1/C2 level).
