Responsible Person for Wholesale (AMG):Responsible Person Medicinal Cannabis (RP MedCanG):

- Ensuring compliance with Sections 4–16 MedCanG and the requirements of competent authorities (Sections 17–23).

- Applying for permits in accordance with §4 MedCanG and for import/export licenses under §12 MedCanG.

- Maintaining continuous and separate records for each site and each type of cannabis (minimum retention period: 3 years).

- Submitting all relevant data to the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) for each operating site.

Ihre Aufgaben

Verantwortliche Person Großhandel gemäß AMG:- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der AM-HandelsV (§1a, 4–7c) und der GDP-Richtlinien (Kapitel 2.2).

- Verantwortung für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Großhandels.

- Sicherstellung der Implementierung und Pflege eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems.

- Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung der SOPs gemäß Stand der Wissenschaft und Technik.

- Delegation von Tätigkeiten an Mitarbeitende (Verantwortung verbleibt bei der verantwortlichen Person).

Responsible Person Medicinal Cannabis (RP MedCanG):

- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der §§ 4–16 MedCanG und behördlicher Vorgaben (§§ 17–23).

- Beantragung von Genehmigungen gemäß §4 MedCanG sowie Import-/Exportlizenzen gemäß §12 MedCanG.

- Führung kontinuierlicher und getrennter Aufzeichnungen für jeden Standort und jede Cannabisart (Aufbewahrung mind. 3 Jahre).

- Meldung der relevanten Daten an das BfArM für jeden Betriebsstandort.

QA Specialist:

- Erstellung, Prüfung, Verteilung und Archivierung von QM-Dokumenten, SOPs und Aufzeichnungen.

- Bearbeitung von Change Requests und Überwachung von Änderungsprozessen.

- Mitarbeit bei Self-Inspections.

- Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und CAPAs.

- Lieferantenqualifizierung.

- Mitarbeit bei produktbezogener Dokumentation sowie QA- und Verantwortungsabgrenzungsvereinbarungen.- Ensuring compliance with the German Medicinal Products Trading Regulation (AM-HandelsV, §1a, 4–7c) and GDP Guidelines (Chapter 2.2).

- Responsibility for the proper operation of the wholesale distribution of medicinal products.

- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of an effective quality management system.

- Regular review and updating of SOPs according to the current state of science and technology.

- Delegation of tasks to employees (overall responsibility remains with the Responsible Person).QA Specialist:- Preparation, review, distribution, and archiving of QM documents, SOPs, and records.

- Processing of change requests and monitoring of change control procedures.

- Participation in self-inspections.

- Handling deviations and CAPAs.

- Supplier qualification activities.

- Support in product-related documentation and quality assurance agreements, including responsibility delineation agreements.

Zwingend erforderlich: Arzneimittelrecht, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), Qualitätsprüfung, Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätskontrolle (einfache Kontrolltätigkeit), Qualitätsmanagement, Herstellungs- und Kontrollleitung (AMG)
