As a Sales Manager (f/m/x), you will play a key role in driving the market adoption of Nuventura’s SF₆-free medium-voltage switchgear solutions across the DACH region. By combining technical understanding with commercial drive, you develop strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities and guide clients toward sustainable, future-proof switching technologies. In this role, you directly support our mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, climate-friendly electrical infrastructure.
Drive sales growth for SF₆-free switchgear solutions in the DACH region
Promote Nuventura’s sustainable MV switchgear technology to utilities, industrial clients and EPCs, positioning our dry-air GIS portfolio as the preferred green alternative to conventional SF₆ systems.
Own the full sales cycle from lead to order intake
Manage customer acquisition, prepare high-quality techno-commercial offers, negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable orders that meet regional sales targets.
Lead structured sales activities across the DACH markets
Conduct customer visits, attend industry exhibitions, manage accounts, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and continuously improve sales processes and CRM database quality.
Develop strong customer relationships and regional brand presence
Build a solid network of decision-makers, manage key accounts, and strengthen Nuventura’s visibility through regular meetings, events and strategic outreach.
Identify new business opportunities and support market strategy
Analyze customer needs, monitor regulatory and market developments, and translate insights into concrete business development actions that drive Nuventura’s growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
