We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to join our Procurement Team, which includes a diverse group of seven professionals dedicated to strategically manage key procurement processes. This requires a deep collaboration with the main stakeholders, such as operations, finance, IT, marketing and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage indirect costs via regularly tendering our main contracts
• Develop our supplier portfolio
• Develop and implement procurement strategy for your material categories, including pro-active planning of sourcing activities and searching for additional cost reductions projects, considering all rebuy locations
• Maintain global contracts with our key suppliers, including conditions improvement, on-time prolongations and claim management
• Improve ERP system: get to know our processes, define needed optimizations and implementing those

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Procurement Manager
• Ability to freely communicate in English and German language
• Advanced project management knowledge
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Ability to steer complex project and support junior project managers
• Ability to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is plus
