To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Director Sales & Marketing (global) (m/f/d) for a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

This is where you show your full commitment:

• Drive and empower our Sales Teams in Germany, the USA, Italy, and Singapore, and collaborate with our global distributor network to ensure strong alignment and shared success across all subsidiaries
• Lead and drive the entire global sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing international deals
• Develop and implement strategic global sales, pricing, and product plans to maximize growth and profitability
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key global customers and stakeholders
• Monitor global sales KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive results
• Conduct international market analysis to anticipate trends, competitor actions, and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned global operations, forecasts, and business objectives

You are a good fit for us if you:

• Hold a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Have a proven track record in international sales and business development, achieving targets and driving growth
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with international customers and stakeholders
• Lead and inspire global teams with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German
• Combine strategic thinking with analytical, problem-solving, and decisive action
• Are resilient, results-driven, and able to take initiative
• Thrive in fast-paced, intercultural, and constantly evolving environments
