Hanse Home Collection GmbH – an international company in the Home & Living sector, specializing in rugs and home textiles.
- Organize container and air freight shipments (including price comparisons, bookings, and schedule tracking).
- Communicate with international suppliers (mainly in Asia) regarding delivery dates, reminders, and agreements.
- Coordinate closely with quality control and internal departments.
- Prepare and review freight and delivery documents as well as debit notes.
- Continuously monitor and track orders until final delivery.
- Contribute to the optimization of our supply chain processes.
- Completed commercial training (e.g. freight forwarding clerk, industrial clerk, or equivalent).
- Initial experience in logistics, supply chain, or purchasing.
- Confident communication skills in German and English (written & spoken).
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP experience is an advantage.
- A team player with assertiveness in dealing with suppliers.
Location:
Elmshorn (near Hamburg) – partial remote work possible.- A key role in an internationally oriented company.
