What you will do

As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission to raise the standard of secondary care and make it accessible to all by growing our curated network of high quality consultants.

• Be responsible for growing our existing network of 200 consultant partnerships by focusing on building new partnerships in the South.
• Use your extensive sales and industry experience to ensure you have a highly strategic approach to identifying and progressing new opportunities.
• Confidently present Medbelle to consultants in person or virtually and get them excited about our vision and proposition.
• Manage the cross-departmental, end-to-end onboarding process of consultants from initial pitch to final implementation.
• Work closely with consultants to understand their needs, determine how Medbelle can best support and complement their existing practice, and what we can do to support their patients.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the Partnerships Team to ensure new consultant partnerships are set up for long term success.

Who you are

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in a similar sales/account management role in the Healthcare industry with a focus on B2B medical sales, specifically orthopedic device sales
• An enthusiastic and highly skilled communicator
• Impeccable organisational skills
• Service and result-driven work ethic
