Willkommen bei der Erste Hausverwaltung GmbH, einem innovativen Unternehmen, das die Immobilienverwaltungsbranche technologiegestützt neu definiert. Aufgaben

• End-to-end development, covering frontend, backend, and testing
• Application of agile software development methods, along with object-oriented analysis and design
• Utilization of JavaScript, web technologies, and high-performance databases
• Elimination of engineering bottlenecks, promotion of collaboration, and facilitation of quick decision-making
• Identification of technical debt and implementation of strategies for its resolution
• Mentoring, inspiring, and challenging engineers to achieve their best performance
• Providing constructive feedback, conducting regular performance reviews, and offering actionable insights

Wen wir suchen

• Extensive experience in software development with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Excellent knowledge in professional development with JavaScript and TypeScript as well as good familiarity with JavaScript libraries (such as React.JS)
• Knowledge of relational databases, microservices, APIs, and complex web applications, with experience in building scalable systems
• Strong sense of design and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS or similar)
• Initial leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support junior developers
• Clear, concise, and empathetic communication skills
• Degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Good to very good German language skills
• Residency in Germany, preferably in NRW
