Your mission

As CPO, you will lead the entire product and technology organisation, shaping our strategy, building innovative solutions, and ensuring we deliver real value to our users, partners, and communities. Provide visionary leadership while staying close to the teams to enable strong impact.

• Define and execute a clear, data-driven product and technology strategy aligned with our business goals
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional organisation of 40+ people across Engineering, Product Management, Design, Data & AI
• Drive user growth and daily engagement in all neighbourhoods across Germany
• Build new monetisable products and scale existing ones, from local advertising to marketplace services
• Foster platform excellence: seamless mobile-first UX, reliable infrastructure, and modern architecture
• Embed AI-first thinking into every part of the organisation, ensuring all employees are successful in their daily work by making habitually of AI
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous, high-quality delivery
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, from Board and investors to internal teams and strategic partners

Your profile

• Proven success scaling consumer platforms, social/community products, or marketplaces with millions of active users

• Deep expertise in mobile-first UX and understanding of local network dynamics

• Strong technical background in software architecture, data platforms, and AI applications

• Track record of leading Product Discovery and Delivery under one vision

• Inspirational leadership style that empowers cross-functional teams and attracts top talent

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes

• Experience guiding organisations through growth, innovation, and evolution

• A true AI evangelist, passionate about making AI adoption part of the company DNA

• Deep expertise in advertising technology stacks

• Proven track record in systems reliability, safety, privacy, and compliance (including GDPR automation and data residency)

• Experience in advanced data engineering, search & recommendation systems, and content moderation at scale

• Growth in active users and community engagement.

• Revenue growth from platform monetisation.

• Balance rapid iteration with reliable, high-quality outcomes.

• Ability to set clear priorities and deliver predictably.
