YOUR SHOES TO FILL

• Calendar management, meeting coordination and preparation
• Travel plan management and coordination
• Daily administrative tasks e.g. invoice management In SAP and personal support of VP
• Operational interface to direct reports regarding expenses, vacation, budget management, to-do’s, tasks etc.
• General support for Office Management and Team
• Management and coordination product milestones meetings
• Meeting protocols management and draft
• Management, coordination and steering events
• Leading smaller projects related to VP

YOUR WALK OF LIFE

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar
• Min. 3 years in a similar position of managing and coordination of Personal Assistant tasks, Event management, Coordinative jobs
• High-level of organization
• Strategic mind, hands-on pragmatist, confident in decision-making and execution
• Fluent in English and/or German is a plus
• Ready to travel internationally
