Ihr Profil

What we expect from you

• You have an above average Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Mathematics, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant working experience​ or a respective Master's degree
• You are characterized by your enthusiasm for the energy transition, digitalization and innovative customer solutions
• You are fluent in English and willing to learn German
• Ideally, you have gained international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships or volunteer work
• Initial relevant functional skills or knowledge would be ideal in areas such as energy markets, digitalization, customer experience, or project management
• You can contribute with strong communication, collaboration, and intercultural skills
• We value a solution- and customer-oriented mindset, a hands-on approach and strong personal commitment to drive our joint development forward
