We’re looking for an Office Manager (f/m/x) to join our team in Berlin and help us make our office a great place to work every day.

Your tasks

What is the role about?

As our Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our Berlin HQ. You’ll:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, keeping the office environment organized, well-stocked, and set up for productive, enjoyable work.
• Manage relationships and contracts with vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance etc.), tracking invoices and budgets with Finance.
• Ensure the office meets all health, safety, and compliance standards, coordinating training and documentation as needed.
• Continuously improve processes to make office operations more efficient.
• Occasionally support company events and culture initiatives alongside the People Team.

Your profile

What will you need to be successful?

• Proven office management and facility experience in a non-serviced office environment.
• Solid vendor and budget management skills.
• Experience with occupational health & safety requirements in Germany
• Basic project management experience.
• Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English.
