For our boutique in Berlin Kudamm, we are looking for a Supervisor with passion and drive.

Your tasks

As a member of our team, you are responsible for supervising the team, excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards . You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Management

• Supervise the day-to-day operations within the team
• Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities
• Share ideas regularly and follow up the tasks delegated by the manager
• Organizing regular team meetings and sales training sessions
• Spot Coaching with the team on the sales ceremony
• Improve synergies with other boutiques

Supervising Performance & Sales

• Maintaining the customer database and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Achieve sales target by mastering the use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge
• Contribute to the global team performance by being a Role Model
• Know targets (by product category) in terms of daily, weekly and monthly sales in order to push the sales team and motivate them
• Selling and guiding the team on the sales ceremony
• Collecting information regarding product trends & client needs

Floor Management

• Customer reception, advice and support as well as fulfilment of special needs and wishes of our customers
• Dedicate a large part of your time on the sales floor
• Guarantee the transmission of the passion for the Brand within the department
• Optimize relationship with customers through regular contacts
• Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store

Retail Operations

• Organize and contribute to stock management
• Be available for supporting the sales and handle with payments when necessary
• Control and maintain floor display area and merchandise
• Processing and checking incoming goods, carrying out inventories and minimizing stock and warehouse shortages

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset
• Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication
• Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
• Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
