Your tasks:

• 18-month-long trainee programme in the Talanx Group with a possible focus on finance with a target position in the HDI Group or Talanx AG
• Get to know a broad part of the insurance financial value chain – from primary insurer to reinsurer (HDI Group as home base and familiarisation with areas of Hannover Re)
• Gain exciting insights into the entire range of tasks of the Finance department (including Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management)
• Collaboration in cross-functional teams on current topics

Your profile:

• Above-average completion of a Master's degree in business administration, economics, (business) mathematics or a comparable field of study
• First professional experience desirable (internships, working student activities)
• Ability to familiarise yourself with new topics and the courage to tackle challenging tasks independently
• A high degree of self-reflection and self-organisation as well as the will to make a difference and achieve ambitious goals
• A highly structured and team-orientated way of working
• Interest in varied tasks as well as a high willingness to learn and commitment
• Confident communication in German and English; other languages desirable
