IT Delivery Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Lead the delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring timely execution across internal and external teams
Manage third-party suppliers and maintain performance oversight
Coordinate integration points across Technology Delivery teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Drive project scope and timelines based on strategic IT requirements and delivery backlogs.
Identify and resolve delivery risks and impediments to ensure smooth executio
Coach teams in agile practices, fostering collaboration and self-organization
Ensure compliance with Lloyds Bank GmbH frameworks, including regulatory and operational standards
Maintain financial oversight and support Steering Committees for key delivery initiatives
Your knowledge/experience
Recognised university degree and minimum 5 years of experience in IT delivery or project management, ideally in a regulated or multinational environment
Proven track record in driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT solutions; experience in cloud transformation, architecture, and IT security is a plus
Strong knowledge of IT delivery lifecycles and project management methodologies
Capable of inspiring change, innovation, teamwork, and effective decision-making
Skilled in managing external suppliers and senior stakeholders across complex initiatives
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models, and tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
