Your role

We are looking for a Process Manager – Product Development / R&D to drive operational excellence and process innovation within our fast-growing supplements business within our core department: Product Development and R&D. In this role, you will bridge operations and supplement / nutraceutical development, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and supportive of cutting-edge food supplement innovation. You will play a key role in embedding best practices across teams and enabling smooth integration of new ways of working.

• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the product development function
• Drive change management efforts, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
• Develop and integrate operational strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes in daily business
• Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills for new and existing processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and other teams to align processes with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Your profile

• Professional experience in process management – ideally with focus on process improvement and change management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in process improvement or change management are a plus!
• Affinity for nutrition, food products, or dietary supplements is an advantage
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
