Your Responsibilities

The Deputy Stock Keeper (m/f/d) is additionally responsible for our warehouse in Greifswald as a warehouse clerk and supplier and supports the Stock Keeper and the service teams in all logistical and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that materials are delivered to the plants in the respective target area at short notice. Deliveries can be made directly to the service teams, to the wind turbines, or to other warehouse locations.

Other tasks include

• Receiving and recording incoming goods in SAP and the HeroS app
• Issuing tools and materials to service teams
• Returning unused materials to inventory
• Managing and maintaining stock levels
• Ordering consumables
• Regular coordination with dispatch planning and the area manager
• Conducting inventory checks and supporting inventories at other locations
• Organizing transport to wind turbine sites
• Shipping goods to other locations and handling returns to the central warehouse

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist, logistics clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in warehouse logistics
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP-MM or another inventory management system
• Class B driving license
• Fluent in German and Basic English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support or cover other warehouse locations across Germany
