Your Tasks

• You takeresponsibility for our customers' IT services and manage cloud-based solutionsend-to-end.
• You support theevaluation of IT demands as a sparring partner with regard to integration intoexisting systems and the degree of fulfillment of IT compliance requirements
• You accompany internal and external IT audits and work collaboratively to resolvevulnerabilities and findings.
• You carry outregular checks of specially defined IT controls in order to establish proactiveIT risk management for your services
• You structureyour work independently and take over communication with customers andstakeholders

Your Qualification

• You havecompleted a relevant degree, for example in computer science or businessinformatics, or comparable training with relevant professional experience.More than 2 yearsof professional experience in IT - ideally as an IT service or applicationmanager
• You are fluent inGerman and English
• Your way of working is characterized by structure, clear communication and a committed approach to your customers and colleagues
• Proactive,solution-oriented work and a hands-on mentality
• Excellentanalytical skills and enjoyment of working on complex tasks
• Ideally experience (or even certifications) in the area of ISO27001 or BSI IT Grundschutz
