Your tasks

• Own patient growth across the full lifecycle.
• Deliver measurable impact by meeting quarterly growth and retention targets.
• Scale what works - operationalise proven levers in acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple markets.
• Define and run Oviva’s growth system, setting the frameworks, metrics, and cadences for how we prioritise, experiment, and learn.
• Lead and inspire three cross-functional teams (and growing).

Your profile

• You’re a strategic, hands-on growth leader who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and data.
• You have a track record of building and scaling growth systems that drive measurable business and customer impact.
• You’re commercially sharp - able to translate experimentation and insight into financial performance.
• You’re analytical and structured, using data to focus teams, prioritise initiatives, and track ROI.
• You’re a natural leader and collaborator, skilled at aligning cross-functional teams behind a shared vision.
• You’re motivated by purpose, driven to make a tangible difference in people’s lives through scalable, accessible care.
• Experience in consumer health, lifestyle, or digital therapeutics is a plus — but not essential.
