Tasks

Our mission is to help revenue teams run a repeatable, efficient, and predictable revenue process - instead of wasting time with non-selling activities, internal meetings, or cleaning CRM data.

We set out to help revenue teams solve the following problems:

• Poor Salesforce data hygiene, and process compliance
• Key deals slipping or staling without notice
• Pipeline coverage changing out of nowhere
• An inefficient forecast process using sheets, BI, CRM, and gut instinct

As Senior/Principal Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Weflow's Revenue AI Platform evolves. You’ll lead the development of deep integrations, build complex AI-driven workflows, and support a rapidly expanding customer base. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React + Typescript / Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural distributed computing principles.
• Experience with DevOps (and actually enjoying doing it) is a big plus.
• Experience with working in SaaS product companies.
