Your tasks

The Impact You'll Make

As an Account Manager (m/f/d) based in one of our locations or working from home office in Germany or Poland , you'll be the go-to person for our OEM customers in the Fluid Conveyance division. Your mission? Build strong relationships, drive growth, and make sure our customers get the best experience with Danfoss Power Solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver value and innovation to the market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow business with assigned OEM accounts for our Fluid Conveyance division
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as their primary contact
• Analyze market trends and gather competitive insights to stay ahead
• Coordinate all aspects of customer contracts and ensure smooth collaboration
• Discuss technical and commercial details confidently with customers

What We're Looking For

• A degree in engineering or similar, plus 2+ years of relevant experience from an industrial manufacturing background
• Solid understanding of technical details and interest in fluid conveyance; knowledge of the fluid conveyance industry and its products is a plus
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Willingness to travel (around 40-50%)
• Fluency in English and German
