The Strategy Office works directly for the Chairman of the Board of Directors and is entrusted with co-developing the long-term strategy for BIOTRONIK, together with the Chairman and the Management Board. The Strategy Office plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future with a focus on innovation and new business models, guiding its strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with its overarching goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the organization in visualizing and transporting the complex message of strategic transformation from idea & vision to product innovation, product design and user experience in the best possible way

• Deliver ideas and creative solutions for best-in-class presentations

• Bring in up-to-date visualization techniques into our organization and lift the standard to excellence

• Support our leadership team in communicating the strategy via easy-to-understand visual guidance and through innovative, compelling storytelling

• Think about smart ways to digitize and optimize the presentation of our facts & figures and bring our data visually to life

Your profile

• Demonstrable experience in creating Visual Graphics, Media and Presentations for Corporate Organizations, in Strategy Consultancies, Agencies, or as a Freelancer

• University degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications or similar is a plus, but not required

• Strong relevant SW Graphic tool skills (e.g. Adobe CC) incl. several years of experience managing complex stakeholders successfully

• Your heart beats for digital and visual products with impact and you are interested in making your job not only your passion but give it the best purpose, too – to develop solutions as we are all working for excellence for life

• You will be designing in the highly complex medical technology space – therefore previous experience in this area is a plus, but not required

• Be proactive, think solution- and not problem-oriented with driven by hands-on mentality

• High intercultural competence and the ability to work in a dynamic team

• Fluent English and German is required
