We are looking for an Office Manager on a Minijob contract 10h/week (all genders) to join our team at Outfittery!

Your main responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth office environment and managing our day-to-day office operations. While experience in office management is a plus, it's not required.

• You'll be the friendly face and good soul of Outfittery, rocking our front desk.
• You'll manage our office, including ordering and stocking office supplies, coordinating with the cleaning company, etc.
• You'll independently handle administrative tasks
• You'll process incoming and outgoing mail.
