To strengthen our team, we are looking for a hands-on Service & Network Engineer who will primarily work on Strata Connect systems, combining office-based system integration with on-site service and commissioning activities.

Ihre Aufgaben

Aufgabenbereich- Unterstützung bei Systemdesign, Integration und Tests im Büro

- Durchführung von Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen und Serviceeinsätzen beim Kunden vor Ort (ca. 20 % Reisetätigkeit)

- Konfiguration und Fehlersuche von VLANs, Routing, Switching und Firewalls

- Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerk- und Verbindungsproblemen (LAN, WAN, VPN, Mobilfunk 4G/5G)

- Inbetriebnahme und Support von ESP32-basierten IoT-Geräten

- Anbindung und Grundsupport von SCADA-Systemen zur Überwachung, Datenerfassung und Diagnose

- Installation von Hardware (Schaltschränke, Netzteile, Sensoren, Kameras, Verkabelung)

- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Netzwerkpläne und ServiceberichteKey Responsibilities- Support system design, integration, and testing in the office

- Carry out on-site installation, commissioning, and service work (~20% travel)

- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls

- Diagnose connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, cellular 4G/5G)

- Commission and support ESP32-based IoT devices

- Interface with basic SCADA systems for monitoring, data acquisition, and diagnostics

- Perform hardware installation (cabinets, power supplies, sensors, cameras, cabling)

- Produce technical documentation, network diagrams, and service reports

Ihr Profil

Technische Qualifikationen & Erfahrung- Sehr gute Netzwerkgrundlagen (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching)

- Erfahrung mit VPNs und Remote-Zugriffslösungen

- Praktische Erfahrung mit ESP32 oder vergleichbaren Embedded-/IoT-Plattformen

- Grundkenntnisse in SCADA-Systemen (z. B. Ignition, WinCC, Wonderware, Citect)

- Sicher im Umgang mit Linux- und/oder Windows-Systemen

- Grundkenntnisse im Niederspannungsbereich

- Strukturierte und methodische Vorgehensweise bei der FehlersucheIhr Profil- Praxisorientiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert

- Sicher im Arbeiten sowohl im Büro als auch beim Kunden vor Ort

- Bereitschaft zu ca. 20 % Reisetätigkeit

- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

- Gültiger Führerschein

- Deutsch und Englisch erforderlich,Technical Skills & Experience- Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)

- Experience with VPNs and remote access

- Hands-on experience with ESP32 or similar embedded/IoT platforms

- Basic familiarity with SCADA packages (e.g. Ignition, WinCC, Wonderware, Citect)

- Comfortable working with Linux and/or Windows systems

- Basic low-voltage electrical knowledge

- Methodical approach to fault-finding
