About us

We are a marketing agency based in the Kutscherhaus Cologne, a 150 qm historic building in the city center. In addition to our daily agency work, we regularly use the space for meetings, video and photo shoots.

To keep our rooms tidy and presentable, we are looking for a reliable cleaning staff member who works carefully and with attention to detail starting January 2026.

• Cleaning of offices, meeting rooms and sanitary facilities
• Cleaning of the small kitchen area on the ground floor
• Care of floors, glass surfaces and furniture
• Checking and refilling consumables (e.g. soap, paper)
• Occasional extra cleaning after shoots or events – by arrangement

Working hours

• 1–2 times per week, either
• 1 × full cleaning or
• 2 × half the building per week
• Preferably, on weekends or early mornings (until 9 a.m.) / late evenings (after 7 p.m)
• Working hours can be arranged flexibly

Your profile

Requirements

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is very tidy, reliable, self-motivated and trustworthy.

You should also have:

• Experience in cleaning office or commercial spaces (preferred)
• Careful and structured way of working
• Friendly and discreet demeanor
• Valid police clearance certificate required (you will receive your own key)
• Basic knowledge of German or English for communication
