About E-FARM At E-FARM, we are revolutionizing the way used agricultural machinery is traded across borders. Based in Hamburg, we’ve built the world’s first full-service transaction platform for farm equipment—helping farmers, dealers, and partners connect transparently and efficiently.

Your Mission – Operations Focus

As a Digital Operations Intern, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our transactions running smoothly and helps us scale:

• Support machinery transactions – coordinate steps from inspection to delivery
• Optimize workflows – help identify bottlenecks and test automation tools and AI solutions
• Coordinate logistics – assist with transport arrangements and communication with carriers
• Track deal progress – keep data accurate and ensure smooth handovers between teams
• Improve processes – suggest and implement small changes that make us faster and more efficient

Your profile

• Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally towards the end of your studies
• Available for a minimum of 3 months in Hamburg
• Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Language Skills: Solid English skills required; any additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Romanian etc.) is a big plus.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers
• Curious about automation, process improvement, and tech-driven logistics
