Do you have the ambition to strategically develop high-level customer relationships and actively shape complex sales projects?
Then we look forward to your expertise: As a Named Account Manager (f/m/d), you will take full sales responsibility for a defined set of clients in the upper mid-market and enterprise segment. You will act as the primary point of contact for decision-makers, drive business development, and develop tailored solutions based on our innovative portfolio.
Your responsibilities Strategic development and management of existing and new clients in the public and healthcare sectors
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Identifying and implementing business opportunities, managing proposal processes, and leading contract negotiations
Positioning the relevant portfolio to support customer goals in a sustainable way
Analyzing market and competitive landscapes, developing customer-specific strategies, and leveraging cross-selling opportunities
Collaborating closely with internal expert teams such as Consulting, Presales, and Bid Management
Maintaining CRM data and regularly reporting forecasts and pipeline status to management
Developing industry-specific solution scenarios in close cooperation with client departments – including those beyond IT

Ihre Aufgaben
Your profile A completed university degree (e.g. in Business, IT, Communications) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales of complex IT or communication systems
Proven experience in managing and developing named enterprise accounts strategically
Strong technical affinity and the ability to translate complex customer needs into solutions
Strong customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset, and a confident, professional demeanor
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as solid negotiation capabilities
Native-level German and good to very good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel within Germany and openness to hybrid work models
