Your tasks
As a Sales Manager/Channel Manager Energy Storage EP Cube for the Italian market, you’ll expand our product pipeline, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you’ll identify and acquire new customers, negotiate contracts, represent our brand at industry events, and collaborate closely with Business Development and Technical Service teams to ensure customer success.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Role:
Drive sales growth and market penetration for our residential and C&I storage products in Italy by strengthening customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Execute the sales strategy to develop and maintain a strong customer base and sales pipeline, leveraging market insights and competitive positioning.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular on-site visits, technical consultations, and tailored sales support.
Identify and acquire new customers in the Residential Storage segment while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals by preparing competitive, customer-specific proposals that align with business objectives.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine sales approaches and provide data-driven market forecasts.
Collaborate closely with Business Development and Technical Service teams to drive sales performance and enhance customer experience.
Ensure smooth order processing, supply chain coordination, and payment follow-ups in close collaboration with internal operations teams.
Track sales performance and key metrics, providing regular progress reports to sales management.

Demonstrates steady quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year sales growth.
Increases the company's market share in the Italian energy storage segment.
Efficient Contract Negotiation: Successfully closes contracts with favorable terms (price, payment terms, etc.) that align with business objectives (i.e., maintaining profitability).
Acts as a technical consultant, not just a salesperson. They help customers solve problems and design better systems.
