To support the fast growth of our Testing Laboratory, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the strategic DACH market.

Your mission

As Sales Manager DACH, you will be the face of Rotarex in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing existing accounts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
  • Winning new customers across the region
  • Traveling regularly to meet clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions
  • Using our CRM, SharePoint, and SAP tools to manage opportunities and collaborate with colleagues
  • Delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to anticipate risks and opportunities
  • Consistently achieving (or exceeding) your sales targets

Your profile

Must have:

  • Proven sales experience (ideally in the DACH region)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, SharePoint, and SAP
  • Motivation and flexibility to travel regularly within the DACH region
  • Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)
  • A proven track record in business development

Your mindset:

  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently from a home office or at our HQ in Luxembourg
